Daniela is a Master Student in Science and Food Technology at Autonomous University of Coahuila. Her research project is: Extracction of mannitol from seaweed by hydrothermal processes: relationship heating profiles and the prebiotic potential.

 Supervisors: Rosa M. Rodríguez-Jasso, Cristóbal N. Aguilar, Héctor A. Ruiz, Aidé Sáenz Galindo, Mar Villamiel and Yesenia Silva.
