Biography:
Jorge is a Chemical Engineer and Master in Mechanical Engineering, with 2 years of experience in the food industry as a logistics coordinator and responsible for managing quality alerts. He has also been part of the teaching team in different institutions.
His research project is: KINETICS OF THE DEPOLYMERIZATION OF THE SUGARCANE BAGASSE STRUCTURE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A FOOD MATRIX
