Dr. Rosy Rodríguez was interviewed by national news – 2017

Currently in the two main institutions of higher education in Coahuila: the Autonomous University of Coahuila (UAdeC) and the Antonio Narro Autonomous Agrarian University (UAAAN), research and technological innovations are being developed in the food area, through the Department of Food Research (DIA) of the Faculty of Chemical Sciences (DIA) and the Department of Food Science and Technology (DCTA), respectively.
