Within the framework of its 25th anniversary, the Food Research Department (DIA) in the Faculty of Chemistry Sciences (FCQ) at the Autonomous University of Coahuila (UAdeC) will celebrate the First Meeting of Research in Food and Bioprocesses, next 16 December at the faculty facilities.

“It is an academic meeting, but also of reflection on the growth of the area of food and bioprocesses, in addition to establishing links with former students and seeing the influence that the institution has had in the sector and the training of people recognized at the regional and national level” , said Dr. Rosa María Rodríguez Jasso, coordinator and research professor of the DIA at the Faculty of Chemistry Sciences of the UAdeC”
